Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and successful stock verification. Processing and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination, courier availability, holidays, and events outside our control.
Shipping charges
The applicable delivery charge is displayed in the cart and checkout summary before payment. Please review the final total before completing payment.
Tracking
After placing an order, keep your Order ID. You can use the Track Order section on the homepage to view the latest status available in our system.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delays and failed delivery
Courier delays can occur because of weather, service disruption, remote locations, incorrect addresses, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Contact customer support with your Order ID if you need assistance.
